Initial Coaching Session

The initial coaching session involves a detailed client intake, including a thorough health history. An assessment of lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress and environmental triggers affecting your gut health will be reviewed. An intake form will be sent out before the coaching session and must be returned no later than 24 hours before the session begins.
Follow-up Coaching Session
$88
Reassessment of initial session, analysis of current symptoms, and how they’ve changed since the start of coaching. This session involves the opportunity to fine-tune and dive deeper into root-cause issues.
